Tickets for this event are limited, so don’t leave it to chance as you could miss out on this fantastic event.
Tickets for this event can only be bought via our website, on the gate or via links posted by us on our Social Media Pages.
Never purchase tickets from reseller websites as these do not guarantee entry to our events. If you are unsure, please check with us before purchasing.

What’s included in VIP?
As well as entry to the event, VIP Tickets include Fast Track Entry, luxury toilets and a £5 voucher towards a meal from one of our street food providers.
Prior to the show, enjoy a few drinks in our full bar serving quality brands and 90s classic drinks.
Please note that VIP Tickets do not guarantee the best view of the stage.

Unfortunately, due to our licensing restrictions, no food or drink is permitted to be brought onto the site. We do have wide range of Street Food caters onsite, so you can be sure that there is something for everyone. We also have a number of bars onsite selling numerous brands of Beer, Lager, Gin and Wine as well as soft drinks and water.

If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, you will be asked for ID to purchase alcohol.

What can you bring?

Unfortunately, due to our licensing restrictions, no food or drink is permitted to brought onto site.

As the event is being held in an outdoor arena chairs are permitted in the main arena but no tables, there is an area for disabled people to the left hand side in the main arena.

There is an area within the Street Food that has picnic style seating.

You can arrive to the site by car or you can walk from the Town Centre in around 10 minutes. The Railway Station and Bus Station are within an easy 10 minute walk of the site. You can also arrive by Taxi and there will be a Taxi rank available for you to meet your pre booked Taxi at the end of the event. What time does ‘The 90’s Revival start’?

Gates open at 12pm and you can enjoy preshow drinks and food at our many bars and Street Food Outlets. The Family Stage starts from 12pm – 5:30pm and the music on the Main Stage starts from 1pm and closes at 11pm.

The running order will be released a couple of weeks before the event, but please be sure to arrive before the show starts to ensure you get the full 90’s Revival experience.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled due to a fault of our own and the event cannot be rescheduled.

Cars can be parked on site in our designated Car Park and there is a charge of £5 per car. Payment for the car park is to be made in advance and you must show proof of purchase to the steward or you can pay £5 cash on the gate. No cars can be left in the Car Park overnight.

Camping Tickets can be bought per pitch with a show ticket, this can either be with a standard ticket or VIP. Please be sure to select the correct ticket. Please note that camping DOES NOT include electric hook up, but you are welcome to bring your Tent / Caravan / Motorhome. Tickets are priced per pitch.

Only Service Dogs are permitted on site during the Festival.

The 90’s Revival and SUPA Events Limited has a zero-tolerance policy on the use of, or the dealing in illegal drugs on-site, including legal highs. Drug enforcement laws are applicable on-site and SIA Security are on-site to deal with any drug offences in accordance with the national guidelines. If you deal in drugs, you will be arrested. Neither anti-social nor illegal behaviour will be tolerated and participants will leave themselves liable for eviction from the site without refund and possible prosecution.

Experimenting with drugs can lead to an adverse reaction. If you do take drugs and you become ill, depressed or frightened, please ask a steward to direct you to our on-site welfare centre which can help and support you.

You will be searched at the entrance to the concert, any items that the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated.

The 90’s Revival welcomes disabled party-goers and makes all possible efforts to assist with their attendance and enjoyment of the event. Due to the nature of the Undercover Arena, there is no raised platform, but we have a reserved area in front of the stage for our disabled guests. Please bear in mind that the event is taking place at the West Mid Showground and we would like to remind our disabled guests that our main arena and surrounding are fairly uneven and may be difficult to navigate at times. Our stewards, subject to our peak movement times, will be on hand to assist in getting our disabled guests into the undercover arena.

There are also Disabled toilets provided on-site by the normal toilets and by the VIP Toilets.

Complaints Procedure

In the rare event that you wish to make a complaint about our event, please email us within 7 days of the event, using the contact link on our website. We will make every effort to respond to you as soon as possible, although during our busy summer season there may be a delay in our responding to you. We will be unable to respond to any complaints after this 7-day period.
