I can confirm that the fabrics used will be fire retardant. All Drapes and materials used by exhibitors for stall displays should be fire retardant.
All tablecloths and draped used will be positioned to avoid trailing on the ground to prevent trip hazards for passers-by, and will adhere to this policy

Terms & Conditions:

It is understood that in purchasing exhibitor space that the festival terms and conditions will be adhered to. This festival is being organised, managed and run by SUPA Events Limited subsequently referred to in these terms and conditions as the Event Organisers. Declaration: I indemnify SUPA Events Limited against any claims made against them for the loss, damage, injury or otherwise arising from the acts, omissions or negligence of our employees or other persons engaged by my business in the erection, dismantling or operation of my/our trade stand at events hosted by SUPA Events Limited. In addition, I confirm that I have in force a Public Liability policy to cover such risks. Application Process · Applications MUST be submitted using our online application form. · Application deadline is Saturday 16th April 2022. · Successful food and craft stall exhibitor applicants will be notified, by email, within 14 days of application. · Unsuccessful food and craft stall exhibitor applicants will be notified, by email, within 14 days of application. Payment · Successful applicants will be invoiced for their non-refundable £50 deposit once the application is approved. Payment of this deposit secures a place at the festival. · All payments must be made by BACs. Please send an email confirming payment to sales@the90srevival.co.uk · Please use your trading name or invoice number as the payment reference to allow us to identify your payment. · Full payment will be required by the Saturday 30th April 2022 or the stand space will be forfeited. Cancellation · Should the exhibitor cancel their attendance at the festival, fees paid are non-refundable. · Should the festival be cancelled as a result of a Government decision, fees paid will be carried across to the next event or refunded. · Should the management cancel the festival, fees paid will be refunded. · No refunds, full or partial, will be available should trading not meet your expectation. · The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without giving a reason. Health and Safety · The right of inspection is reserved by the Event Organisers, the Environmental Health Officer, Licencing Officer or any member of the Safety Advisory Board, before, during and after the festival. · Safety is everyone’s responsibility. · It is essential that all traffic routes and emergency exits are to be kept clear at all times. Insurance · All exhibitors require at least £5m public liability and £5m employer’s liability insurance. · Copies of these documents MUST be submitted with your application form. · In date insurance documents will be required for the event. Risk Assessment · In order to comply with Health and Safety legislation we require of copy of your event specific risk assessment with your application. Fire Safety · Exhibitors are responsible for the provision of suitable portable fire safety equipment at their stalls/pitch. · The right of inspection is served by the Event Organisers and the Fire Safety Officer, of all stands/pitches and equipment. · LPG bottles are not allowed in our marquees/tented areas and where used must be installed using a gas safety cage and installed by a competent installer. · For those using LPG cooking equipment, a current Gas Safety Certificate is required. The certificate must include the name of the engineer who issued the certificate and also his/her Gas Safe registration number. First Aid · If you need medical assistance, we have an experienced first aid team on site. Alternatively, they can be contacted by any Festivals Team member with a radio. · In an emergency never hesitate to dial 999 from a mobile phone telling the operator that you are at the West Midlands Showground, Gravel Hill Lane, Shrewsbury, SY1 2PF Pitch Details · Exhibitors who require electricity or additional equipment must request this at time of booking. Extension leads may be required to access the nearest supply. Multi-way adapters are not permitted and all electrical equipment must have a valid PAT certificate. · The Event Organisers reserve the right to allocated you a different category of space or stall to that which you have booked but in the event that we do this, we will refund any excess payment if you are allocated a cheaper category and will not charge any more if you are allocated a more expensive category. · Health and Hygiene certificates should be displayed by all catering outlets. · Exhibitors using tables must provide a suitable table covering to display their stock in an attractive manner. All storage boxes are to be stored out of sight. · Trading times must be strictly adhered to. You must not pack down before the end! · Your stand and area must be clean and tidy at the end of the day. Rubbish must be removed when you leave the site - pay particular attention to cable ties. Festival Build-Up and Breakdown · During build-up and breakdown the site is classed as a construction site and all persons on site must adhere to the site rules. Build/breakdown phase is classed as any time prior to or after the live event. · Please be aware there may be construction still being undertaken in the build-up. The site is to be clear of exhibitors until the construction supervisor deems it safe for exhibitors to enter. · Children are not permitted on site during build and breakdown. Where this is unavoidable your child(ren) must remain in your vehicle or with you at all times. They are not permitted to move freely about the site unaccompanied. Vehicles on site · All vehicles are to be parked off site during the festival opening hours. · A pass for the parking of one vehicle is included in the festival fee. Additional vehicle passes are available for the price of £5 per day. · Speed on site is 5mph and hazard warning lights must be used at all times. · All vehicles are to be clear of the festival site by 10:30am · Drivers are to follow the instructions from SUPA Events team. Stock offered for sale · We pride ourselves in the quality products that are available at our festivals. · We will only accept applications for exhibitors whose stock is acceptable. · In order to help us with this assessment potential exhibitors are requested to provide some form of evidence; website, photographs, facebook, Instagram accounts etc? · The products agreed at time of booking are the only products you will be permitted to display. Any stallholder displaying other goods may be asked to remove them immediately. Arrival, Re-Stocking and Departure · Arrival Exhibitors Thursday 2nd June 11am – 7pm, Friday 3rd June 8am – 10:30am, Street Food Vendors as exhibitors above. · Do not arrive early as access cannot be permitted. · Re-stock traders will only be allowed to restock their stalls/stands from 8am – 10:30am on Saturday 4th June. · Departure Saturday 4th June 11:30pm when the site officially closes – cars will be given access to site after 11:30pm or when site is clear. Green Issues · Rubbish must be placed in the recycling bins. Bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, metal and plastics etc. will be sorted and recycled. Our recycling team will help you deal with food waste in the best possible way and will liaise with you during the festival. · All caterers must use biodegradable serving containers, plates, cups knives and forks. · Please provide re-usable tea/coffee cups if possible. Security · If you have any security issues, please contact our security team (Prosecure 2000). They can be contacted by any team member or member of security staff. · There is 24-hour security for the duration of the festival. Declaration I/We indemnify SUPA Events Limited against any claims made against them for the loss, damage, injury or otherwise aiding from the acts, omissions or negligence of our employees or other persons engaged by the business in the erection, dismantling or operation of our trade stand at events hosted by SUPA Events Limited.
